This market leading consultancy have extensive experience in delivering a range of property services to the commercial sector. As part of their strategic growth strategy they are actively seeking a Partner level Building Surveyor to establish their new regional office in Birmingham.

As the Head of Building Consultancy you be responsible for utilising your extensive client contacts to develop new business instructions in the Midlands market. The other regional offices will provide full technical, IT, marketing and admin support on all instructions.

Other key duties will include pitch preparation, financial management and growth strategy.

Ideally, you will currently hold a MRICS Director level Building Surveying position with a commercial surveying practice in the Midlands region. You will be technically strong and commercially astute with drive to develop this exciting opportunity to the next level.

Candidates with the potential to bring a team will also be considered by my client.

Salary up to £80,000 plus benefits.
