Our client is a leading national commercial property consultancy with offices located across the UK. Due to the continued growth and diversification of the services offered to its clients, our client is looking to appoint a dedicated industrial investment professional who will be based in London. Your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the established team to acquire and dispose of industrial investment assets
- Identifying buying opportunities on a national basis, in the business space markets
- Investment agent to achieve the best sale/purchase price on behalf of the client
- Identifying and monopolising on business development opportunities
To succeed, you will have a good awareness of the industrial investment market and a strong network of contacts, at least four years post qualified investment experience. Strong financial analysis skills to complete the due diligence and have the drive to establish yourself as an integral member of the team with great communication and negotiation skills and leadership qualities.
