A highly successful international property consultancy which deals with all aspects of property advice have instructed Beach Baker to recruit an Investment Property Management Surveyor.

We are seeking ideally a chartered surveyor who is at surveyor or senior surveyor level. We are seeking a full time qualified surveyor to work within the investment property management department, which is based in Bristol.

The position will involve working with a number of key clients across a variety of property sectors. You will join a medium sized team and have ideally at least 2 years management experience and provide management advice to clients across South West of England.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of investment portfolio management and have the ability to work well as part of a team and be able to identify business development opportunities. The team establish a strategy with clients and ensure building compliance - both tenant and landlord, as well as maintain the investment value of the portfolio under management and thus minimise risk as well as maintain good tenant relationships.
