My client is an established and award winning Housebuilder who are looking to recruit a Senior / Quantity Surveyor to join an established team in Essex.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be office based and will be responsible for all prospective and actual sites. You will be responsible for contract procurement, cost planning and control of a number of sites.
What we’re looking for:
Experience of working for a residential developer i n a commercial position is essential.
About the Offer:
£40,000 - £50,000 plus Car, Bonus and Benefits
