Lettings Manager - Finchley
My client is a market leading independent estate agency based across the UK.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced lettings manager to join an established office in North London with the intention of consolodating current business while expanding their presence in the area and increasing turnover each quarter.
Our client needs a manager that has dealt with large volumes of business before and can lead and continue to develop this already successful team. A manager with strong motivational and man-management skills is ideal.
The pipeline of business will ensure that the On Target Earnings are realistic from day 1 and there is scope for more departmental expansion within the company and brand.
You will ideally have local, or similar area knowledge and be looking for a long-term career move and challenge.
Presentation and communication skills must be excellent and desire and self motivation are imperative.
Basic 20-24K, OTE 40-45K with car allowance
