My client is a leading pub operator with an enviable and expansive portfolio
You will maintain all the Company properties, whilst working within agreed company budgets in planning, execution and supervision of maintenance work, repair and specific project work for all outlets within a specific geographic patch.
Duties range from formulating budget proposals, planning internal and external resource to deliver projects, directing the briefing process, gaining board approval to proposals, managing design evolution, co-ordination of maintenance budgets and the overall management of development projects.
What we’re looking for
You will be a Team player, but also comfortable working with remote supervision / support infrastructure and demonstrate excellent working knowledge of building and Health and Safety legislation.
Professional qualified you will possess a commercial approach, excellent communication and negotiation skills. A bright and credible professional, you’ll already have a role with a strong customer-led approach and an imaginative, forward-thinking mindset.

Experience of working within the Licensed leisure sector is essential.
