Asset Manager / Property Management Surveyor with proven expertise in running portfolios required by niche and expanding property company based in the North West.
My client is looking for an Asset Manager to oversee the management of a commercial portfolio (largely industrial) across the North West region. The role of Asset Manager / Property Management Surveyor will involve ‘hands-on’, intensive day-to-day management as well as leasing and the securing of new tenants.
My client is looking for a confident, entrepreneurial individual who is commercial astute, can see ways in which to add value and is able to ‘spot a deal’.
This role offers a large degree of autonomy and the challenges that you’ll encounter in trying to optimizes the rental income means it’s a highly rewarding position and one with great job satisfaction
