Asset Manager needed by an institutional client to manage a varied & expanding multi-million pound property portfolio. Properties range from out-of-town retail parks and shopping centres to multi-let office buildings and industrial estates.
Our client is looking for an Asset Manager that is highly skilled in property & asset management. Not only will you be experienced in managing properties in a professional and efficient way it also essential that you are able to identify opportunities to add value and increase rental income.
As an Asset Manager you will be tasked with:
- the coordinating onsite property managers and overseeing rent collections, service charges administration, refurbishments and planned maintenance work
- the identification of ways to maximize the portfolios value through lease regears, reviewing tenant mix etc
- agency and the letting of vacant space
- identifying development opportunities
The successful candidate will need to have demonstrable experience gained working as an Asset Manager in a client-side role.
