The Business Development/Account Manager must be a proactive, self-motivated, confident and passionate individual who can make and generate appointments, develop and close business leads and present themselves in front of estate agents across the UK. Applicants must be sales driven and client focused with strong organisation and rapport building skills. Previous experience of supplying or selling to the estate agency/residential property industry is ideal and knowledge of the industry is essential.
This is a London based sales role, with a remit that is UK wide. The role requires the successful candidate to induct and train new residential Estate Agents to this leading property website, whilst developing and maximising existing business opportunities. You will be responsible for introducing the client’s services to residential Estate Agents and contributing to the overall delivery of targets by identifying clients and expert diary management. This will involve detailed and professional account management as well as a focused sales approach.
