A rare opportunity has arisen for an Acquisitions Manager with one the recession's retail success stores, who are continuing to expand rapidly nationwide. They are seeking an individual who can work autonomously and as part of a small team with proven experience in retail roll outs. They must be proficient in leading and co-ordinating the procurement of new stores, from identification through to legal completion. Being RICS qualified is desirable to this role.

They will be looking for experienced individuals with a strong proven record of:

  • Multiple site procurement; delivering high street, out of town and shopping centre acquisition strategy and evaluating the chosen sites.
  • Managing all aspects of the legal negotiation.
  • Building effective and strong relationships with agents and landlords.

The client is seeking individuals with a strong client side background, who are highly proficient with evidential experience in the above traits.
