Sales Manager - Clapham and Acton - Excellent Opportunity

Bushells and Edmund Cude have joined forces to become one of London’s most exciting and fastest growing agencies. We now have a have a brilliant opportunity for a confident and experienced Sales person to join a well-established & successful estate agent in Clapham or Acton as our new Sales Manager.

We have plans for major growth of these thriving offices in 2013 and need two determined leaders to help us establish and drive the plan forward. The offices have a lively and hardworking culture and would suit a current assistant sales manager, looking for a step up or experienced sales manager looking for a new challenge and role within a fast growing company.

Salary: 25k Basic with OTE of £65k+

Start Date: Immediate

Successful applicant requirements:
•    A strong sales background within estate agency,
     preferably in South West London
•    Management experience
•    Experience in training and developing individuals
•    Extensive knowledge of the current property market as a whole
•    Proactive
•    Self-motivated & target driven with a desire to succeed.
•    Well presented with excellent communication skills
•    A full driving license
