Litchford Consulting provides project and development management services to a number of high profile institutional property investors and developers throughout the UK, principally in the out-of-town retail sector.
As part of our continuing success an exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of a team delivering first class service to our clients.
The role will involve managing the whole development process, agreeing construction costs & fees, drawings and specification with proposed tenants, programme production, overseeing design for tender and construction monitoring.
You will be liaising with clients, design teams, tenant’s representatives and solicitors and all other bodies and personnel necessary for the successful and efficient delivery of the project, often under critical time pressures.
The successful candidate will:
• Have an appropriate background and qualification in property development & construction (likely 5-10 year post-qualification experience)
• Possess an ability to communicate at all levels
• Have drive to succeed & make a progressive contribution to the company
• Be flexible and prepared to travel
• Work well under pressure
The post will attract a salary package commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
