St Pancras International isn’t just one of the capital’s busiest and best-known stations – it’s also one of its best-loved. Famously renovated and expanded at a cost of £800 million, it’s recognised as setting new standards in rail station retail. The transformation of the station created a stunning environment that offers a unique setting for retailers and brands to be represented.
And that’s where you come in. You’ll actively seek out new business opportunities, taking careful note of what’s happening at airports, shopping centres, other European train stations and in the high street. Managing our interface with external property agencies, you’ll cultivate business partners and vigorously encourage investment in a station with over 40 million annual visitors.
• Track record of hitting profit targets within a competitive environment
• Significant experience within property retail
• Proven high level negotiating and stakeholder management skills
• Talent for clear and persuasive communication
