An opportunity has arisen for a high quality Graduate Surveyor to join our successful Winterhill Largo Property team at our growing London office.

Winterhill Largo’s property division undertakes property consultancy, valuation, management and disposal instructions on a wide range of property assets across the United Kingdom.

Winterhill Largo Plc has a reputation as a specialist in the field of corporate insolvency and corporate restructuring which leads to instructions from Financial Institutions, Banks and Corporate Restructuring Professionals.

Responsibilities
The candidate will gain varied experience predominately with valuation and agency instructions. They will work alongside the firm’s chartered surveyors as well as independently across all sectors of the market including commercial, residential, development and investment property. In addition to these areas the candidate will gain experience of property management.


Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring some experience of general practice surveying and must have an RICS accredited Degree on which to build their professional property career.

Additional requirements expected of the candidate:
• Self motivated, perceptive and dynamic.
• Theoretical understanding and application of property valuation techniques.
• Driven to enroll and complete APC to obtain chartered surveyor status.
• Strong work ethos and a team player.
• Ability to work under tight time constraints.
• Willing to travel within the UK.
