One of London’s leading commercial real estate firm’s is looking to add to their Central London Valuation Team. You will value commercial property for a number of the leading UK property companies and banks.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of valuation of a broad range of commercial property involving some of the most prestigious properties in central London
- Detailed inspection and measurement
- Preparation of cashflows
- Valuation for loan security and balance sheet purposes
- Advice to clients on acquisitions and disposals
You will be newly qualified or 1 / 2 years’ PQE, preferably have experience of the London market but not essential and good communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
