Role Purpose
To be part of a specialist property asset management team to deliver property services to an identified group of properties within TfL’s commercial property portfolios for the purpose of maintaining and enhancing TfL’s income from its property portfolio. We are looking for two candidates within Property Surveying who will work collaboratively with other direct team members, support the Senior Property Surveyor and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across TfL.

Key responsibility will be to deliver a wide range of asset management services including lease renewals, rent reviews, surrenders and lease re-gears. The jobholder will require a good knowledge of a range of property activities, including Landlord and Tenant, valuation and property law.
