Head of Asset Management - London - Our Client: A large leading US based Private Equity investment firm require a Head of Asset Management for their London based subsidiary. The organisation manages a real estate fund comprising a diverse range of asset classes in various European countries and they are rapidly expanding their UK and European portfolio.
- Co-ordinating and monitoring the performance of the Real Estate Partners and 3rd party Asset Managers.
- Acting as a central 'go to point' and ensuring the efficiency of 'asset management' on a day to day basis on a diverse portfolio of varying asset classes across the UK and Europe.
- Overseeing redevelopment and refurbishment programmes and monitoring CAPEX programs.
- Acting as Director and sitting on operating companies of partner companies.
The Person: In order to apply for this position, you MUST be RICS qualified and have previous experience of real estate asset management within a pan-European context. The preferred candidate will have prior development experience as well as a sound knowledge of both commercial and residential asset classes. You must have a passion for asset management and be willing to commit to both the role and the company.
