Senior Associate to Senior Director
Division: Recovery and Restructuring
Location: London
An independent Chartered Surveying firm which have a South East of England focus are looking to appoint an experienced individual within the Recovery and Restructuring department.
The position will suit a Senior Associate to Director level who is looking for future development to become a Divisional Partner.
Offer: competitive salary and TBC during interview. (Guideline between £50-80,000pa)
Bonus, 24 days holiday plus public holidays, medical healthcare and additional company benefits.
The role will involve:
Taking a leading role within the Recoveries and Restructuring Division for the firm which are already an established provider of services to lenders, insolvency practitioners and funds / servicers across the restructuring and recoveries market.
The role will also involve strategic advice and LPA Receivership duties
Generate leads for disposals, project monitoring / building surveying, management and valuations.
Draw on the expertise of the aforementioned departments to fulfil the role.
Grow and develop a fee generating team
Requirements for the role:
- Ideally you will be a Fellow of NARA
- Must be a Chartered Surveyor ; MRICS or FRICS
- Track record of providing advice to lenders and IPs, and taking appointments as an LPA Receiver
