Town Planner - Rural Practice

A long established and highly respected Warwickshire firm of chartered surveyors are seeking an experienced planner to join their expanding team.

The organisation is one of the most reputable firms of chartered surveyors in the Midlands region and has an opportunity for a motivated individual to join them with unlimited career potential, you will be working alongside true experts in their field.

You will manage a wide variety of existing relationships, managing your own portfolio of clients. You will be tasked with delivering cost effective solutions to planning issues, planning applications and appeals, undertaking site development appraisals and liaising with clients, land owners and developers.

To be considered for this position, you will have experience operating in a planning role for either a consultancy, house builder or within the public sector. It’s important that you are motivated to deliver an excellent service and have the ambition to progress your career. Due to the nature of the role and the clientele involved, you will have a string rural / agricultural background.
