Regional Facilities Manager - Major UK Property Company

Due to our Client’s continued expansion, we are seeking to appoint an innovative and enthusiastic Facilities Manager who will make a significant contribution to the existing business and to the client, a Innovative and Customer focused National Property Investment and Development Company, with major commercial assets across the UK.

The role will involve full involvement in service contracts – both in house soft services – Security, Cleaning and M&E, as well as all sub contracted contracts, plus all reactive and maintenance repairs, reviewing and implementing third party reports for compliance, insurer’s, H&S, Fire risk assessments. Monitoring key performance indicators for all services. Preparation of tenders, quotations, orders and reporting to your client.

The successful candidate with have the following requirements:

A minimum of 2 years direct facilities management responsibility in the control of both 'hard' and 'soft' service provision.

A minimum of 3 year people supervisory experience.

Average knowledge of M@E systems/installations with an understanding of the operation of HVAC, electrical distribution and generation, UPS, comms room, fire detection/protection and other building management and energy management systems.

Average knowledge of building construction and project management techniques.

Nebosh Health @ Safety Certification or similar.
