My client is an innovator of commercial spaces and are renowned for creating effective and collaborative developments. They are currently seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead a major site in Cheshire. The candidate will be responsible for driving the sales experience on site; ensuring that the team are reacting to the current tenant base, whilst proactively supporting the ambition to create a leading work-space facility in the North West. You will lead on the promotion of this site, creating relationships with potential customers, working with them to find the right space for their needs. To be successful in this role you will ideally be a RICS Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with significant experience in a similar role.
