The Company
A leading Investor and Developer in the UK with a portfolio worth in excess of £3.4bn. The Asset Management team in the Retail part of the business is currently 8 people, and they are seeking an additional, experienced asset manager.
The Role
- The role is for an Asset Manager to take care of a major Regional Shopping Centre
- It is a broad role incorporating all aspects of asset management including negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, acquisitions and disposals
- Liaise with internal investment, leasing and development teams
- Create value through refurbishments, tenant mix, redevelopment
- Assist with investment transactions as appropriate
