I am seeking an MRICS-qualified Building Surveyor for the established team of a well-renowned property firm, based in their grade-A offices in Birmingham city centre.

The role:

  • 50/50 split between project/professional work
  • Project values range between £1million - £30million
  • Sectors include industrial, retail and offices
  • You will not be pigeonholed and the patch you cover is within perfectly reasonable (and commutable) distance
  • 50% of work comes from retained clients

  • MRICS
