My client is a major, mixed-use developer who undertake a broad range of large-scale, urban, mixed-use developments including office, residential, retail/leisure and other uses. They have a second-to-non reputation for the creativity and regenerative quality of their developments, breathing new life into previously unloved areas. The business have deservedly won several awards and accolades rewarding the passion and drive they have for the property sector.   

About the Role

This is an outstanding opportunity to join the team developing one of Manchester’s most iconic, mixed-use schemes. You will be responsible for leading the development aspects of this project including:

• Funding, Financials and Due Diligence
• Planning and Design
• Delivery (in conjunction with project management team)
• Leasing, Marketing and Sales
• Asset & Estates Management (in conjunction with the estates manager)

You will also be heavily involved in the wider business, “rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in” to ensure the success of the project.

Personal Requirements

You are an experienced Senior Development Manager who has worked with large-scale, urban, mixed-use projects. You have the confidence and ability to make an immediate impact and will take ownership of the project and vision. You are an excellent communicator and facilitator who has a common-sense approach to business and who works well with stakeholders to ensure commercial outcomes. You are well–rounded and comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team. A can-do attitude is essential for this position.
