GRADUATE BUILDING SURVEYORS
Our client is a long-Established firm of Chartered Surveyor recognised as one of the leading Building Consultancy in the country, servicing a number of blue chip and private clients including major funds, developers, investors, banks, as well as national retailers and occupiers.
We are seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor's to work within our various Regional Building Consultancy teams. The role will involve assisting colleagues advising clients on a broad range of matters including party walls, dilapidations, project work and building surveys.
The ideal candidate should have a relevant Building Surveying Degree or similar and be either looking to start their APC or seeking a better supported APC training programme.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- To work within the Building Consultancy Team
- To assist in providing clients with advice on matters including party walls, dilapidations etc
- To produce reports to clients on building consultancy projects
- To present with colleagues at client meetings
Skills & Experience
- Working towards APC, or starting.
- Predominantly commercial sector experience
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Highly computer literate
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence
