We are working with a leading developer who are strengthening the team with a Development Manager to oversee the cradle to grave development of residential. On offer is a salary of £60,000 - £80,000 plus package

You would be working on complex residential projects (50+ units) and will work closely with the team in picking up projects / phases and driving them through the development process from pre-construction (planning, design management, appointing consultants etc...) and through delivery.

You will have residential project development exposure and will spent time with a residential developer or leading consultancy.

Key requirements

  • Degree qualified (ideally property related)
  • Experience working for a leading residential developer or house builder.
  • Detailed background of working on large residential projects. (100 units plus)
  • Extensive cradle to grave experience.
  • Ambitious, driven and of director calibre.
