Are you an APC/Chartered Building Surveyor with commercial experience, who would like to work for an award-winning practice?
This multi-disciplinary regional consultancy are looking for an APC/MRICS Building Surveyor to join their growing Building Consultancy team.
The company have recently moved to new offices and are looking for an ambitious candidate, who is keen to aid in the development of the business and will further aid in strengthening the firm's building surveying services.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, with a varied workload. This will include advising clients on professional building surveying matters (party walls, dilapidations etc) and producing reports. Consequently, the successful candidate must be confident and client-facing, with excellent communication and organisation skills.
