Job Details
An established Property Consultancy that offers a full offers a full range of Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying and Project Management services has recently instructed Beach Baker to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor. This award-winning organisation pride themselves on their 'family feel' working atmosphere and excellent employee retention.
The successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and growing practice working on schemes up the value or £30m which include some of the most prestigious projects in the region. Most of the projects will be South Wales and South West based but you will have the opportunity to work with clients across the UK.
We are seeking candidates MRICS qualified with at least 1-year Post Qualification experience (although non-chartered candidates will be strongly considered). You must also have excellent client facing skills along with great technical ability.
