Job Details
As Bid Researcher you will follow generated leads on potential future construction projects. You will be guided by a framework to qualify tender opportunities, time-scales and project value to help to decide suitability and worth of schemes.
My client operates as a construction contractor who build across varying sectors including; healthcare, Ministry of Defence, Local Authorities, Hospitality, Retail and Commercial.
This is an ideal role for someone who would like a part-time position of 2 days per week, perhaps to do alongside their studies. You must be confident on the telephone, not afraid to ask questions and tenacious. Strong administration skills are essential and an interest in construction would be preferable. Graduates welcome.
