One of the World's most reputable real estate Consultancies are looking for a reliable and ambitious partner to take the reins of the Occupier Management department across two regions, based from Birmingham and Manchester.

Description

As the incoming Partner, your role will encompass a broad range of activities.

• You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service across multiple clients through day-to-day liaison with client representatives

• Implementing strategic vision across the department,

• Championing the business and brand when engaging all stakeholders,

• Cross-selling business services outside of Occupier Management,

• Develop new relationships and open doors with new clients where possible,

• Take a proactive approach to preparing, pitching and conducting negotiations for new business opportunities

• Inspire and motivate the department through coaching, mentoring and supporting team members.

Profile

• A proven record of people management and overseeing large teams.

• Experience in a Property related leadership position

• An Understanding of the management of a property portfolio

• Experience of engaging with, and managing, external stakeholders at a senior level
