Senior Building Surveyor - MRICS

Senior Building Surveyor required for award winning Building Consultancy based in the heart of Huddersfield. With a multi-sector and multi-service offering across the UK and internationally, our client is well placed in the industry with the ability to provide an innovate take on a traditional practice.

Within this role you will predominantly be working across Education, Residential and Transport sectors, focussing on the full life cycle of Surveying including:

• Preparing tender documents
• Managing contracts
• Carrying out planned maintenance and condition surveys
• Ensuring projects are completed in time and on budget
• Supervise and assist junior members of staff

Requirements:

• MRICS qualified
• Experience in managing client expectations with a good understanding of profitability/commercial awareness
• Mentoring and training junior teams
