Valuation/General Practice Surveyor - Leeds

A property consultancy in the Leeds area are looking for a Senior Valuation/General Practice Surveyor to join their team.

Primarily you will be involved in Commercial Valuation work. However, this job provides a unique opportunity to broaden your skill-set, by giving you the scope to work within other areas of general practice surveying. You will be given the freedom to get involved in: Landlord & Tenant, Business Rates, Compulsory Purchase, Residential Valuation and Leasehold Enfranchisement work. Thus, day-to-day you will have an interesting variety of work. That said, previous experience in these areas is not essential, only that you are an MRICS Registered Valuer.
