Valuation Surveyor - Leeds

An opportunity has become available for a Chartered Surveyor to have an active role within the Valuation team, for a multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Leeds numbering 50 in total.

You will be given a high degree of autonomy within the company and the opportunity to develop strong relationships with your own client base. Specifically, within the role, you will be involved in secured lending for major lenders as well as portfolio valuations for funds, propco’s and corporate clients. In addition, there is a great deal of interaction with the other teams such as Agency and Property Management teams to deliver integrated property solutions to your clients.

Experiencewise, you will be a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer, although consideration would be given to candidates that are approaching qualification.
