Analyst/Modeller & Associate Analyst/Modeller, London

Description 
My client is a global real estate provider, specialising in Residential & commercial property, property & asset management, property investment, valuation and consultancy. They are seeking professional, capable and qualified Analysts/Modellers to join their successful capital markets team based in their London head office. 

Responsibilities 

• Providing specialist advice to investors in the residential, PRS, multifamily, student, retail, office and agency sectors across the UK and Europe.
• Focusing on financial modelling, analysis and underwriting 
• Delivering tailored strategic transactional advise to clients including institutions, property companies, and pension & life funds, banks, REITS, private equity funds, housing associations, charities and family offices
• Your main objective will be to enhance the value of clients assets through the full lifecycle of the Residential Capital Markets services
• You will be expected to take a pro-active and strong role in work winning and fee generating both independently and as part of the team 
• Play a key role in ongoing acquisitions, disposals, analysing due diligence reports and creating company financial models
• Provide analytical support to more senior members of the team for a variety of residential, PRS, Student and office developments
• Cash flow modelling, risk analysis, return on equity and debt calculations
• Preparation of investment research, presentations and pitches to win new work and retain an already strong client base
• Attending client meetings ensuring you are presenting financial outputs in a professional, clear and concise manner

Experience required 

• MRICS qualified, ideally with 4 years PQE
• A background within Valuations and Investment is desirable but not essential 
• Excel modelling skills with the ability to build and manipulate complex financial models
• Must be numerical and number driven with a thorough understanding of financial metrics
• Confident and positive individual capable of presenting in front of clients and providing a professional advisory service
• Excellent personal communication, verbal and written, and presentation skills, to quickly establish credibility
• An individual who has a strong and passionate interest and approach to Property Finance, a sound knowledge of the market and the ambition to drive the team forward
