Associate Director - Transaction Manager - EMEA

This role is for a leading consultancy, the role will be seconded out to the clients site in Cheshire. The role is paying up to £70k + car allowance + bonus + benefits etc. The role can be based out of London however you will be expected to go to the clients site at least two to three days a week.   

The role

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team to support strategy development, projects, transactions and corporate real estate services
  • Leverage the network to support enhanced reporting and market intelligence for strategic portfolio planning.
  • Manage transaction delivery to ensure best practice transaction processes and full compliance with client’s internal procedures.
  • Identify appropriate account team personnel, field broker(s) and other resources to support projects
  • Manage the engagement process ensuring speed to market and accuracy
  • Support and drive fully integrated, seamless project delivery
  • Proactive management of lease events (breaks and expiries)
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders to provide regular, proactive recommendations on portfolio strategies to mitigate costs, improve efficiencies, reflect utilisation / demand forecasting
  • Provide project status reports in agreed format and frequency – Activity Tracker
  • Ensure necessary resources are available and coordinated to meet project requirements and objectives, and to help bring about issue/problem resolution.
  • Assist Global Real Estate team on day to day real estate matters
  • Ensure timely completion of transactions and project close out

Requirements

  • Real estate strategy experience
  • Transaction management experience across EMEA
  • Proven track record of high level strategic skills with a good understanding of financial analysis
  • Excellent report writing and IT skills
  • Programme/Project Management skills
