I'm working on behalf of my client based in the heart of the West End.
My client is a specialist Project management & Building Consultancy. Who act on behalf of clients who are undertaking new build, alterations or refurbishment schemes on their homes.
They specialise in working with Prime London properties and Country houses for Super High-Net profile individuals, offering a high quality, discreet and personal service to tailor the individual needs of their clients.
My client prize themselves as a firm who are dedicated to offering a niche service from a background of chartered property professionals offering a bespoke tailored service in the prime residential market.

To be considered:
- MRICS Qualified
- Experience in Residential Project Management
- Keen to work in a niche practice and develop a reputation for excellence. Act as a representative for the company to demonstrate a strong professional attitude with a 'can do' approach to construction projects
- Experience of working on high quality projects, ideally residential, with regard to refurbishment and remodelling. Including listed and historic buildings.
- An Understanding of JCT forms of contract and contractual and contract administration duties
