Project Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor job in Liverpool offering up to £50000 and flexible working culture


You will be working for an established multidisciplinary consultancy looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is able to do project management based in the Liverpool offices. They are a national surveying consultancy who specialise in the commercial, retail and leisure sectors.

You will join a team of 6 surveyors in the Liverpool office working on a mixture of schemes across the pubs and leisure and retail industries. Key duties include: project management, estimates, cost plans, final accounts, measurements, valuations. All pre and post contract work across new build and some refurbishment schemes.

You will have experience in pre and post contract work across similar sectors. You will be hard working and flexible. You will be client facing and able to develop key relationships in addition to some project management experience.

You will be offered a flexible working culture, working for an established practice. Offering career progression, up to £50000 salary depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension scheme, bonus scheme, 37.5 hour working week 9am - 5.30pm on site free parking, career progression.
