PA to Director

Are you a Personal Assistant looking for a new opportunity within the Property Industry? I have a new PA position available with a dynamic and innovative Property Consultancy based in West London, who are looking for a motivated and efficient new member of the team. This is an incredibly ambitious company who work with some of the biggest Property Developers in the UK making it an amazing opportunity to be a part of.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is wanting a fast paced and involved role, where you have the chance to provide 1:1 support to the company Director. This role will expose you to the core workings of a business, and will provide the chance to get involved in some exciting projects.

Location: West London
Salary: £27,000 - £35,000

Key responsibilities:

• Diary management for the Director, including travel arrangements, hotel and transportation.
• Arranging meetings both internally and externally
• Correspondence via email and phone
• Liaising with other members of the team, as well as third parties
• Organising any events that may arise
• Ensuring that any ad hoc duties for the Director are taken care of
