Repairs Supervisor 3-6 month temporary contract

Your new company
You will be working for a large and successful social housing provider based in Essex. This is a 3-6 month temporary contract.

Your new role
As a Repairs Supervisor you will be responsible for managing operatives carrying out reactive repairs and the day to day maintenance of properties. You will carry out pre and post inspections and will complete the specification of works. You will provide technical support and ensure that a high standard of work is being carried out making sure that health and safety procedures are met.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need experience in a similar or related post and ideally within a social housing environment. You will need to be competent, have good technical knowledge and experience in managing trades operatives by overseeing the work.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £20-25 per hour and on-site parking. There is strong possibility that this could turn in to a permanent post.
