Marketing Executive £35,000 - £40,000 + Travel allowance

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Coordinator/Executive to join one of the UK's leading residential developers, based in head office in East London. Developers of luxury and mix-use residential property.

Reporting directly into the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning and implementation of all marketing activity to create awareness and promote product in support of sales. A strong understanding of the selling and appraising of residential developments is essential.

Knowledge / Skills:

• Demonstrable experience of working within a challenging and fast-paced environment for a large UK house builder or property developer (private sector)
• Ability to convey business requirements and briefs to third-party agencies, ensuring all activity is delivered in line with expectations.
• Proven project management skills and a strong understanding of the marketing process and procedures
• Knowledge and understanding of legislation relating to property marketing.
• Demonstrable experience using MS Office (incl. Excel) and CMS or CRM systems.
• Good understanding of the UK house-building market, product, competition and development pipeline

Industry experience preferable.
