Facilities Manager job in Stevenage to start asap on a long term temporary basis
I am currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join my client in Stevenage on an ongoing temporary basis. This job will be Monday to Friday working between 8am and 5pm.
You will be required to manage a team responsible for the facilities management of a number of the client's corporate buildings, this will involve in house contractors as well as subcontractors. This job will involve carrying out reviews of the client's facilities management and providing reports on the findings including recommendations. You will be managing both soft and hard services.
Candidates MUST have previous facilities management experience within a local authority and strong knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety. You must also have experience in procuring, managing and delivering projects. This job is to start immediately so candidates need to be available.
