A well established, independently owned Property Management Consultancy are seeking to hire a Commercial Property Manager for a regional portfolio. The successful applicant will be based in Southampton and cover Surrey, Sussex and Kent and will gain the benefits of a hand on, well varied role.

This business has a strong reputation in Property Management across the UK and currently have approximately 35 Property Managers on board. The company manages over £2 billion worth of assets across 35 million square ft of commercial property for a broad range of institutional and property company clients.

They are winning more and more work across the South of the UK and are looking for an experienced property manager with service charge experience to manage a portfolio made up of office, retail and industrial assets on a south central patch.

The successful applicant will enjoy a progressive and grown up business who are keen to invest in their staff and will offer training and APC support where necessary. The company requires a dynamic and focused individual who is dedicated to providing an excellent service to tenants within the property space. Applicants are required to have a background in Facilities Management, Building Management, Residential or Surveying and Chartered status is desired, but not essential.
