Job Details
A Lancashire based team is looking for a Chartered Senior Surveyor to be the lead on managing their commercial property portfolio.
You will undertake:
- Landlord & Tenant
- Disposals
- Rent reviews
- Lease renewals
- Asset valuations
This will be an autonomous role working in a great office environment.
This will be outside IR35!
About you:
- It is preferred that you will be MRICS
- You'll be at an advantage if you have a relevant estate management degree and have undertaken a similar role
