Senior Town Planner

Do you want to lead on a nationally significant public institution scheme, as well as coordinating the masterplan?

I have been asked to seek out a Senior Town Planner to assist in advising some of Central London's most prestigious clients - in particular one landmark project. In addition to this, you will also be assisting on projects with the wider team across public and private sector clients both within the M25 and across the UK.

My client will expect you to maintain and build new client relationships, giving sound advice, being able to hold a meeting and negotiate with stakeholders when necessary. As a high profile consultancy, the team and you will be taking part in networking events and CPD to further your connections and raise both your and the brand's profile in the market.

You will need to have your MRTPI (or equivalent), and experience in consultancy and ideally some local authority work from the London Boroughs. An ability to work on development management work and a track record either with public sector institutions and coordinating masterplans would be ideal.
