Associate Surveyor, Guildford, Up to £50,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, 28 days holiday, Life assurance, private health & bonus.

A well-known national property consultancy is seeking an Associate to join the Guildford office providing strategic and day to day advise to landlords and occupiers on their property portfolios.

As the Associate Surveyor you will be responsible for:-

  • Providing advice on lease events & operational costs
  • Servicing existing clients (both private & public sector) and pitching for new business
  • Account management

In order to be considered you WILL:-

  • Have worked on lease transactions
  • Be able to multi task, working on multiple accounts
  • Preferably be MRICS qualified
  • Up to date knowledge of commercial Landlord & Tenant legislation
  • Be undertaking (or have undertaken) a client facing role
