Assistant Employers Agent - (Project Management)

Location: North West - Cheshire

Salary: Competitive with a Company Car or Allowance

An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our most highly reputable clients delivering mixed use developments across the UK ranging from £20m- £100m. These developments consist of residential and student accommodation. Our established client is looking for a passionate, driven and motivated candidate to act as an employers agent in the business to help assist with day to day progression on projects.

The assistant employers agent will be joining the team based in their Cheshire office accompanying the employers agent within the project management team. This particular role will offer development for career progression and having exposure to various skills in continuously assisting the employers agent in the entirety of the project. You will be assisting in the production of documentation for the contract specification, attending frequent meetings helping to provide monthly project review reports and preparing cashflow forecasts, giving your input on the valuing and instructing of funder and developer variations.

The right assistant employers agent will obtain a proven track record within a developer/ main contract setting, being able to contribute new ideas to the business and innovative ways to overcome issues providing logical solutions.
