Based: Warwickshire
Remuneration: £Dependent on individual
Our client is a true people-led House Builder and rapidly expanding region who are now looking to appoint an Engineer.
The role will be responsible for the preparation of viability studies for site, establishing satisfactory resolution to engineering issues identified as part of the planning application, commissioning surveys and structural engineering work as required to ensure all information is available for pre-tender/pre start meetings, instructing and supervising and monitoring engineering consultants on post-acquisition engineering work ensuring compliance with building regulations and NHBC Standards.
The successful individual will have a proven track record of experience with a House Builder of Engineering consultancy and be driven to join a growing business.
