Job Details
A Healthcare organisation based in East Anglia is looking for an Interim Property Manager to be the lead of their asset management strategy and manage their property portfolio.
You will carry out a range of property management including:
- Supporting development and implementation of estates strategy
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Lease renewals & rent reviews
- Landlord & tenant management & negotiations
- Property budgeting and cost reduction
- Management of external property consultants and legal advisers
About You:
Preferably, RICS qualified or working towards RICS.
