Blue Marble provide a whole life asset management service, from pre-acquisition to post-disposal, advising on all aspects of the process, including lease renewals, refurbishment opportunities, rent reviews, marketing and PR, and ongoing asset management.

Job Description

As the incoming Property and Asset Manager, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through this process and setting an asset management strategy at portfolio level whilst keeping abreast of the day-to-day management of each property.

Your responsibilities will include:

•  Engaging internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner
•  Advising clients on Asset Management strategy
•  Actively managing the Assets of Blue Marble Managed Portfolios.
•  Identifying Opportunities to maximise income generation from client portfolios
•  Client Reporting at a Portfolio level
•  Maintaining accurate records (using Qube and paper-based systems)
•  Financial Accountability
•  Provision of Property Services
•  Property Acquisitions, Disposals and Landlord and Tenant work

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant for the role of Property and Asset Manager will have:

•  Experience in Property and Asset Management
•  Ideally MRICS
•  Good attention to detail
•  Excellent Stakeholder engagement skills
•  The ability to work on multiple work streams
•  Experience in a client-facing position
•  Some experience with management software would be beneficial
