Home-Based or from an office if you'd like, but either way you'll be pivotal in the growth of the presence of this consultancy in the North.
With offices further south, the time is right to move their expertise where the work is coming in, and the North East and Yorkshire area are starting to come in to their own.
You need a solid history in delivering construction projects from a consultancy or developer background, ideally industrial-led but this isn't essential. And in return you'll be given autonomy, a superb salary and package and the opportunity to be a pivotal member of a new team in the North East.
